Version 1.0.6

  • Match LUFS now sets the loudest true peak to −0.1 dBTP (ITU-R BS.1770), so peaks between samples can't clip on playback or in exported files. Before, it set the loudest sample to −0.1 dBFS.
  • The plugin now checks for updates and shows a notice when a new version is available.

  • Exported files are now all the same length and size so that the file list reveals nothing about which track is which.
  • Waveforms are hidden by default in blind mode. You can turn them back on with Hide Waveforms in the main menu.

  • Exported files no longer show their original names in QuickTime, Finder, or other players. The hidden name is now stored invisibly and only readable by Reveal Exported Files.
  • Reveal Exported Files works across versions: files exported from the web version can be revealed in the plugin and vice versa. Files exported before this update still reveal normally.
  • Added an optional name field to Export: enter a name to include it in the exported file names (Name_A.wav).
  • Load multiple files at once: select or drag in several files and they fill the empty tracks in order, adding tracks as needed.
  • Web: Export now delivers all files in a single ZIP instead of separate downloads.

  • Fixed the LUFS readout: the clip-safe gain stage is now folded into the match, so the displayed and exported values are the actual as-played loudness.
  • Each track now shows its measured LUFS value when loaded, before matching.
  • Measurement verified against the EBU loudness test set (Tech 3341, integrated loudness), within 0.05 LU of every published value.
  • Loudness gating now matches ITU-R BS.1770 strict thresholds (no audible effect).
